1. To ensure an adequate and timely water supply according to the scheduled plan.

• To ensure that the water supply to the paddy fields reaches the farmers within 30 days from the start date of distribution.
• Distribute the complete water supply and paddy cultivation schedule widely within 15 days prior to the water supply.

2. Delivering high-quality, prompt, and efficient support services:

• Distribute subsidized fertilizer and pesticides to eligible farmers within 7 days following the SBPKP coupon issuance date.
• Implement control measures for any outbreak of paddy crop diseases or pests within 24 hours of detection.
• Provide farm engineering services within 3 days from the requested service date.
• Settle payment of bills and invoices within 14 days from the date claims are received.
• Respond to all public complaints within 14 days from the date of receipt.
• Disburse assistance to non-paddy agricultural entrepreneurs within 45 days after.
