The Young Agropreneur Program (PAM) is designed for young individuals aged between 18 and 45. This program aims to support and encourage youth participation in agro-based entrepreneurship across the entire agricultural value chain, including crop production, livestock, fisheries, as well as the food and agro-based industries.
The objectives of the Young Agropreneur Program are as follows:
- To attract young individuals aged 18 to 45 to engage in the agricultural sector.
- To change the perception of youth towards agriculture as a viable and profitable industry.
- To increase the income of young agropreneurs through enhanced production productivity, improved product quality, the adoption of technology and innovation, and the provision of competitive markets.
- To establish the agri-food industry as a future career path that generates sustainable income.
- To support the development of graduates from agricultural colleges.
Bantuan yang disediakan adalah berbentuk bantuan mesin, peralatan, input pertanian, infrastruktur dan lain-lain lagi dengan nilai maksimum sebanyak RM30,000.00 bagi setiap peserta.
